If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)

For all returns, please contact support@buyzorra.com for your return label. Include your order number and the item you wish to return, and we will provide the next steps after receiving your email.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item with your order number to support@buyzorra.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items Not Received

If you have not received your complete order, please contact us at support@buyzorra.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
